About Me
Hi, I'm Francesca, and welcome to Reset & Heal Studio.
I am based in Bournemouth and have been working as a massage therapist for 18 years. Eight years ago, I also began embracing and developing my gift for healing energy, which has become an important part of the way I support my clients on their wellness journey.
My passion is helping people recover, heal, and feel their best. Over the years, I have gained a deep understanding of the body and how different therapeutic techniques can support muscle recovery, reduce pain, ease tension, and promote overall well-being.
I truly believe in the power of touch and its ability to restore balance, reduce stress, and encourage both physical and emotional relaxation. Every person is unique, which is why I take a personalised approach to each session, tailoring every treatment to your individual needs and goals.
Creating a safe, welcoming, and comfortable space is at the heart of what I do. My aim is to help you switch off from the demands of everyday life, reconnect with your body, and experience the healing benefits of massage and energy work.
